Dr. Jonathan Emlet D.C., MS, DIBCN, FIACN

Dr. Jonathan Emlet was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He attended Dickinson College in Carlisle Pennsylvania, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then attended Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri. There he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science -Magna Cum Laud, a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance – Magna Cum Laud and a Doctorate in Chiropractic – Cum Laud in 2013. He then received his post-doctorate diplomate of the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology after completing his studies with the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology in 2016. Followed by his Fellowship from the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology in 2025. Dr. Emlet is certified in the Perinatal Chiropractic Webster Technique from the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association. He has published in The Journal of Chiropractic Education, The Journal of the Federation of the American Societies for Experimental Biology and The Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics. He is a research reviewer for the World Federation of Chiropractic and the Association of Chiropractic Colleges.
Dr. Emlet is an avid outdoorsman. He successfully completed a through hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2005 and a coast to coast cycling trip, with his wife, in 2008. He lives in Gorham with his beautiful wife Jen and their three daughters. His current adventure is helping raise his crazy kids! Jen is a Portland native and graduate of McAuley High School. She is an occupational therapist and strives to turn her husband into a 'true Mainer'.
