Dr. Aaron MacArthur attended the University of Maine, Orono, graduating Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. He graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic with a Doctorate in 2007. He then received his post-doctorate diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board after completing his studies with the Carrick Institute for Neurological Studies 2007. He obtained his Fellowship from the American Board of Vestibular Rehabilitation in 2010 followed by his Fellowship from the American Board of Brain Injury and Rehabilitation in 2015. He teaches within the state of Maine on the topics of Migraine, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Chiropractic, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and Neurology. He has taught on the National level on the subjects of Chiropractic and Neurology. He is an active board member of the Maine Chiropractic Assocation, and serves as the Vice President. He was voted as Chiropractor of the year in 2022 by the Maine Chiropractic Association. 

Dr. Mac, as he is often called around the office, is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys everything about Maine. He is especially fond of saltwater fishing and boating. He loves taking family and friends out to enjoy Casco Bay. Exercise and fitness are an important part of his life, as he tries to achieve some level of physical exercise every day. Dr. Mac is an avid learner and loves continuing his education on subjects within Migraine, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Spine, Concussion, Dysautonomia and general Neurology, constantly learning and researching the most supported, evidence based information available so that he can provide the best care for his patients.
